The second meeting of the season at Bingley Camera Club brought one of our popular Practical Nights. These evenings give members the chance to explore a wide range of subjects, with sessions led by both committee and non-committee members.

This time, the choices were wonderfully varied:

• Light trail photography

• Portrait photography with off-camera flash

• Oil and water abstract photography

• Intentional Camera Movement (ICM)

• A beginner’s introduction to Lightroom

• Plus several other creative topics

Practical nights are a great way for members to pick up new skills, share their own knowledge, and, just as importantly, connect with fellow enthusiasts.

At the heart of Bingley Camera Club is an ethos of learning and sharing. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an experienced photographer, these sessions provide a supportive environment to grow your skills.
